Zurich Altstetten Hotel

The property is very old. Still well maintained, the bathroom is good and spacious. The location is slightly outside the Centre but so well connected by tram and bus and train. The tram station is right outside the hotel.

We have reached earlier, but they let us check in and we got our room. Staff super friendly, helpful and with a smile on the face ! Spotless clean, soundproof rooms, size of room is good !

Location easy to public transport, staff nice

The hotel was in the same location as the show we went to see. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly

Spotlessly clean everywhere. All staff very polite, friendly, and professional. Room had everything I needed. Toiletries were very good. Location was just 6 min walk from Train station and close to supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants and food outlets. Several churches also close. Breakfast was more continental than "full"; though there were a couple of hot options which you could order. What was available as a buffet was nice; Selection of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread and jams, croissants. hard boiled eggs. There is a church very close which rings bells up to about 21:00 at night and from 07:00am. I loved them, and it was an ideal alarm clock, but may be a problem if you wanted a lie in.

Modern hotel with pleasant and spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Located next to tramway station only few minutes from city center. Really enjoyed it

The location is very good here, close to tram routes as you need them. Staff were so accomodating and lovely. Rooms were perfect for what we needed, a place to rest our heads and on a comfy bed! P.S. Memo Bar across the road does amazing Turkish pide/kebab.

Mostly everything

The cleanliness of this hotel is superb. Its really clean from the doorstep until your room. Its strategic location for someone who want to explore in Zurich as its closed to Zurich HB. Right beside its Coop which you can get your grocery there! Last but not least, the staff over there is fantastic great! They are helpful and very nice! I just want to stay back there if I’m going back to Zurich. They provided the best services in Zurich I can say!

Nice shower

The room was small but comfortable and nicely decorated. It has having everything that you need. The desk was a good size for working and the WIFI was great. The room was quiet and also the bells at the nearby church didn't ring during the night which can be a problem in Switzerland. The bed was comfortable and there was a kettle with tea and coffee supplies in the room. While the hotel is a bit outside Zürich CBD, it was only a short trip away and the hotel has a tram stop in front and a train in a 10 min walk. It also has cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The connecting rooms was great provided privacy but my sister and I could just pop over to the others room easily but had our own space

A few steps away and I am at Lindenplatz station. There are so many shops within the area.Coop is just beside it so when we want something to eat we can grab from the store The staff are very helpful in booking us a cab whenever we need one Our room is well kempt With a good supply of tea, coffee, sugar and cream

Room was fine. Breakfast was poor in choice. Lots of bread. Stayed before. Good location for meetings.

The accommodation is modern and clean. Comfortable beds. Super bathroom.

It's a 1 nite stay before catching the flight home in the morning. Check in and check out is a breeze. Distance to train station is about 10 mins plus walk with large luggages.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was comfortable as well and the desk is large enough to get work done comfortably. Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location was good, being beside a tram stop and near the train station. There are plenty of amenities around as well.
